But it’s actually dated February 24, 2011…not February 24 as in today. I’m not sure why. So I apologize that is old news. But I can’t find anything on whether it was passed. Does anyone know?
It doesn’t look like it. The last action on the Nebraska legislature’s page was the judiciary hearing in February, 2011, and a search for “justifiable homicide” turns up two different laws.
